Agreement
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the SokaStats mobile application and related services (the “Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using SokaStats, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Using SokaStats
SokaStats provides football scores, stats, feeds, and related features for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its data without our prior written permission.
You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use automated means that impose an unreasonable load on our systems.
Accounts
You may use SokaStats as a guest or with a registered account. You are responsible for activity under your session. Do not share credentials or abuse the service. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
Content & data
Match data, standings, and media may come from third-party providers. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose — including betting or commercial decisions.
User-generated comments, posts, and other contributions must follow community standards: no harassment, hate, spam, impersonation, or illegal content. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these rules.
You retain rights in content you create. By posting, you grant SokaStats a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service.
Notifications
If you enable push notifications, you may receive alerts about matches, teams, or account activity you follow. You can change preferences in the app or in your device settings at any time.
Intellectual property
The SokaStats name, branding, app design, and software are owned by us or our licensors. Third-party marks (club crests, competition logos, and similar) belong to their respective owners and appear for informational purposes.
Availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SokaStats and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of how we operate the Service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
